Q. What if I have forgotten my password?
A. Are you your company's easynet administrator? If so, you need to contact your centre staff who can easily set you up a new password. If you are not, ask your company administrator to log in, and edit your details under 'my users' in level 3. You will be generated a new password, which you can then log in with and you may find easier to remember.
