Evans Easyspace, is an innovative, "hassle free" property service providing small offices, workshops and fully serviced offices to let on flexible terms, we also provide virtual offices, meeting rooms and self storage accommodation.
We want to make it easy for you to find business space, easy to move in, easy to occupy and easy to move on (if you have to).
We believe that property decisions should be based on the needs of the business rather than constraints of a lease or size of premises and our system allows for this.

Space is provided generally in the range 100-1000 sq ft for offices and 500-2000 sq ft for workshops.
Space let on an easy-in, easy-out basis, providing the occupier with the flexibility to react to changes in their space requirements.
Termination can be achieved by giving just 2 months notice. No premium rent is charged for this flexibility.
Rents are normally inclusive of rent, service charge and Landlord's insurance, but fully inclusive packages can be offered in certain offices.
A range of additional services are offered, which will either reduce running costs or bring business benefits to the customer's operation.
